“I never would have imagined I would leave a review for a convenience store, but this 7-11 is very well managed. Although every employee at this location is polite and courteous, I am leaving this review because of an employee named MELANIE! I have never in my life encountered an employee at a convenience store who is so respectful to each and every customer as Melanie is. I have witnessed Melanie treat each customer with the same respect. She is always in a good mood with a smile and cheerful attitude. There is also never a time when I have visited this location that she is not working. I am living in Joshua for only a month while I am in schooling, and it has been tough living away from home. Melanie and this 7-11 have been one of the few bright sides of Joshua Texas. Melanie makes her customers feel wanted and welcomed. I will go out of my way to visit this location because of the employees and how well this store is managed. Thank you Melanie! Thank you to the management! And thank you to the owner of this location for making sure your store creates a positive experience to all who spend their money here.”

“I feel like they think I’m a liar because I told them I’d write a review and have yet too. I came up there I want to say the night of January 5th. And I completely forgot his and her name. But they helped me get my own account and sign into max and everything. They were wonderful! If I knew their name I’d put it in this. But it was a youngish looking guy with tattoos that was talking to me about his mom when I was ranting about my ex (also thank you for listening) and it was a girl!! Thank y’all yall are amazing!!!”

“This is the closest one to where we live so I stop in when i need things that I dont want to have to drive further to get. This location including the parking lot is always clean and organized. They have a few checkers but for the most part its self-checkout which I am not a big fan of. The prices are decent but a little higher than your local Wal-Mart but they have better options. Starbucks is located inside and it is usually super busy but nice to have the option.”

“I just went in today to get the in home wifi and I'm not eligible but i was told to check back in like a week or two to see if they added my address to the service grid. she was so nice and patient very talkative and friendly I'm glad I stopped by instead of going to one on the way home. I even got a hotspot setup till I'm eligible for the in home wifi definitely the best metro store I have ever been into.
