“The dealership exterior is kept clean, freshly painted, and appearing as though brand new. Walking in, the interior has a wide open feel, clean, and attractive. We were immediately approached and we began looking into vehicles, all of which we were shown were ideal for my elderly mother and sister. My mother found one which she asked they hold for her for a few hours because we had just started looking. They did treat my elderly mother well while we were there, and I appreciate that, yet when she called back a few hours later to let them know they could take the hold off the vehicle, they hung up on her. Not professional. Not sure we will return for future possibilities.”

“A friend sent me local add from Craigslist about Cummins engine rebuilds from motor parts plus. Thought it was fake because we’re in Alaska and their in texas. Did some investigating on internet and then called them. Ended up being cool dudes and ordered me an 5.9 engine built with a new turbo. Sent it all the way from texas to Alaska at a reasonable price. Engine runs pretty dang smooth. It’s Working out great so far. Great customer service and product.”

“Napa has always been 1 of my favorite parts stores and I spent 3 days looking for a certain part that only certain suppliers have access to 1 being Napa I've tried ordering the parts directly from the web Noone had it available but the employee at Napa in kaufman knew exactly what I needed had me in and out within 3 minutes with the part service is worth more than 5 ?'s I plan to keep my service with this store in particular even though there's 3 other parts stores 10 mine up the road and Napa in kaufman is a 35 min drive 1 way from me the gratitude and service up there makes it worth it”

“We were in desperate need of finding a connector to our RV. We are newbies with RV's. We needed it to connect to our truck lights. I went to Walmart,my first purchase,it was wrong. Went and returned it and they didn't have what we needed. A kind customer tried to help and said to try auto Zone. They didn't have it. Went to Tractor supply,they didn't have it. Went Ace hardware,they didn't have it. They told me to go up O'Reilly's and finally after a chaotic afternoon,they had what needed. Go there for your RV needs!”
