“I Didnt have time to leave a proper review the other day. To start off with, I had a great experience with Penske truck rental service at the Kerville location (home depot on Sidney Baker). Janie and Laurie(?) were so helpful and went out of their way to get me taken care of. Janie was being trained on the process and when it didn't go her way due to a computer issue, she did the pro move of asking laurie(?) to switch customers so that counter service wasn't slowed down. Alex (again with the names) came with her to show me the vehicle and get the paper worked out. they both helped me attach the car carier to the truck.”
