“I wanted some custom wheels to be put on my truck and keeping my current tires. Typical chain stores denied me (Walmart, Firestone, Pueblos). Then the time was itching towards 5pm and I went to another tire shop (I won’t name) they said they can do the work but won’t because it’s 4:33pm. So finally I go to Ed’s after all this driving and denying, it’s 4:55 and guess what they took care of me no matter the time. Turns out I needed a different set of lugnuts (which they pointed me in the right direction) and I came back first thing in the morning.
I know it’s long, but moral of the story is that, something that I’m sure they were probably like “dang it’s kinda late” to do that work but took me anyways turned into a lifelong customer. I just moved here after years of working for the military. I now, know where to spend my money and trust their service.”

“No stars for this tire center. I tried to buy a tire and they tried to make me buy 3 .... I'm 67 years old and on a fixed income . I don't have an extra 400.00 laying around , do you ? They let me drive off with a tire that doesn't hold air . HOW SAFE IS THAT WALMART? They said it's a safety policy and won't put just one tire on.....REALLY ? NO. The same tire center put ONE (1) tire on the same vehicle 6 months ago... The kicker is THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A TIRE to take to someone else to put on . .... Again WERE THEY REALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY SAFETY ??? Of COURSE NOT. Kingsville tire center is a joke...”
