“Today started as a great day to go see my family and thus started on the road for a 5 hour drive with my dog. Shortly into the drive, my car absolutely stopped working and I was in panic mode as TX heat is in the triple digits and I was in a car with no ac...My insurance (will remain nameless...for now...) was called at 1:58pm and they recommended A One Mechanics for me to take my car. A tow through my insurance was expected in about an hour...text messages from the tow provider then said they needed a new provider....another HOUR for a tow...I called insurance AGAIN, tow promised in a half hour...And this pattern continued for a few hours....A One Mechanic was approaching closing time and still no tow and my dog and I were beginning to feel the heat...I called surrounding mechanics for help and no one had space for me...with no tow, I was sure I would be stranded who knows how long...Then, I finally got in touch with A One Mechanics myself, and thank you to Joey and Jacob who went above and beyond to help me when my insurance failed to get me a tow for 5 HOURS and I was in the heat and sunburned on my left arm. I called the insurance to cancel the tow and Joey did not hesitate to come and tow my vehicle as he knew I wasn't near home and this was an emergency. Through amazing teamwork (affordable pricing mind you ?) Joey and Jacob were able to get my car working same day/night and are now mechanics I trust and will most definitely come back to in the future. They were completely honest with me and made sure I did not leave without a functioning vehicle. If you are in the area, or got stranded like myself in the area...I HIGHLY recommend A One Mechanic Service to work on your vehicle.Thank you Joey and Jacob ?”

“Knowledgeable guys! No welding, or cherry pickers, anymore. It sucks that they're slowly but surely killing one of the few ways for junior enlisted to keep maintenance costs low. This is also a good way to keep barracks dwellers time gainfully used, instead of out in town drinking and causing a scene. It kept me busy back when I lived in the barracks.”

Was told I needed an engine air filter, cabin air filter and wiper blades. Well... These were all replaced less than 2 months ago by myself. “Awesome staff this morning. I was a little early, and they opened up and talked to me at 8 sharp. I had an amazing Valvoline team in California and was hoping they would be as good. They did not disappoint. They knew the product, got right to the point, and communicated the expected time. I moved to an area without a valvoline, and my wait is always a min of an hour and a half. They said 15 minutes, and it took exactly 15 minutes. I would come here again and it's super far from my house.The waiting room could be cleaner. Everything is old inside and needs to be replaced, an old water cooler, a water stained table, and dirty vents, but all easy fixes.”
