“I was faced with the toughest decision and had to have my girl Lucy put to rest. Dr. Mark and the ladies were so kind. They were all so patient and sympathetic. I'm guessing when I say this has to be the hardest part of their job because I've always felt each of them do genuinely care about the patients. Lucy was always happy to go through the door, like she knew they would make her feel better. Even on her last day.
I appreciate all of you and everything you did for Lucy on Friday and every visit before over the years.”

Not only did Vet Epstein provide my household with two beautiful kittens, she performed an eye removal surgery on my eldest cat who had glycoma.

“Dr Wallace and her staff are incredibly kind and try their hardest to work with your financial situation, especially when you are trying to help stray animals. I have a stray kitten that was dumped on my property with a bad respiratory infection. Ever since October 2022, they have been working with me trying to get him better so he can be adopted out, but it looks like he will forever be a special needs kitty. The staff there has been so kind with financially working with me and getting me free samples to try and get this stray kitty better. Recently I needed to get 3 of my dogs their annual vaccinations, and the staff let me know about the low cost vaccine clinic they were doing the next week. It saved me a bunch of money, and they could have made a lot more money off me if they didn't! Dr Wallace will also take all the time needed to fully answer all your questions, which is pretty rare. In my experience at other practices, usually the vet is is and out of the exam room as fast as possible! It is obvious she and her staff genuinely care about your pets health. They are also aways able to fit my pets in their schedule, usually the next day. The two times I've needed to see them urgently, I was seen that same day. The only downside is that since they are quite popular and they take their time with each patient, their schedule can get pretty backed up. Be prepared to wait in your car for maybe 30 minutes before you get seen. This is a small price to pay for their great level of care imo and I will always take my pets to this clinic!”

“We found this clinic a few years ago and it’s our go to clinic for all of our pets. They are so caring, friendly and reasonably priced. Our little rescue dog recently had 27 teeth removed. She has not shown any signs of distress or discomfort. They gave us plenty of instruction and an action plan if it came to that. Highly recommend”

And threw in a free nail clipping for my dog! The Doctor gave me lots of information and answered all questions I had! Not to mention a very good price for everything!”

PRICE: extremely under what I have experienced and they have never tried to get me to do a service that was not needed.
SERVICE: Genuine and gentle with my dog.
HONESTY: Like no other. I had one vet tell me my dog needed surgery within 2 weeks to remove a mole. Called South Denton and they told me to wait a few weeks, and the bump went down on its own...
I took my dog here while in college. I moved to Plano and it seems I cannot trust any other vet. I still make the drive to Denton to take my girl here.”
“Second visit and this time our cat wasn't even taken out of the crate. Yes cats can have behavioral issues. But basic checks for health issues possibly underlying them would be nice.”

“First visit, off to a good start. Receptive to my concerns. I commented that it was overpriced, but that is just because vet prices in general are out of control. My pet had several shots, needed medications, and was put on specialty food. It was a lot of services and it was expensive, but probably not out of line with their competition.”
