Established my account 2 months ago here and everytime I've come in I have to wait 10 mins with 1 other person in the lobby. They only had 1 teller working when I got there at 5pm.

Tellers remember most names but I close my business account due to the fact they had to count all my rolled coin before they would deposit it they will call you later once the coin is counted
