I called for information regarding a construction loan. The agent was not motivated at all. He was rather impatient and not very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot even rank this bank for my upcoming home project.

I created a business account here due to my relationship with David Destefano and I have been so pleased I shut down my personal accounts with a large box bank and moved everything here.I never knew the difference in the level of customer service and care until I made the switch. The soon to open Texas Regional Bank location just off the west side of RM 620 in Bee Cave Texas is an excellent banking option. It is an easy access location with very convenient drive-through banking lanes.
