    Gary is very rude and disrespectful to prospective clients. Yelled and spoke down to me over a phone call. In all my years, I have never encountered such disrespect from someone reflecting a business. Not a good look, and will make sure no one I care about goes anywhere near Koop Physical Therapy.

    I have been going to Dr Koop for several months now. She has helped me through two shoulder surgeries, bad knees and a bad hip. They are welcoming, provide individual care and really help me to make progress. I'm so glad Dr. Hyde sent me to them.

    Great, friendly atmosphere. The physical therapy exercises, along with the dry needling has done wonders for my lower back pain, and is allowing me to decrease my pain medicine dosage.
