“Always bring my watches here. My Bulova precisionist had a bad crystal, had to send it under warranty back. Glad they caught it instead of just putting in a battery”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rebecca definitely deserves one. She made the whole experience so easy and stress-free from the minute we walked in. She was friendly, patient, and actually took the time to listen instead of trying to rush us into buying something. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Rebecca. She’s amazing at what she does, and she made our visit one we’ll definitely remember. Thank you, Rebecca!”
