New screen stopped working after a week he diagnosed it as bad battery and the phone needs a charging port “new” battery has 89% capacity.

Got my screen fixed and Face ID stopped working. The guy did not tell me before he fixed it that it would quit working. He said “ I thought you would’ve known”.
