We were E-X-H-A-U-S-T-E-D upon finding this location (moving from Wharton TX to Ohio & had multiple last minute issues that delayed our initial departure.) The staff was phenomenal on getting us checked in and to our rooms quickly and efficiently!

Breakfast is good. Location is close to many choices of cuisines. Service is friendly.Because of an the additional highway, navigating around the area is a bit tricky for country folk. Big city people will not have a problem. Refurbished hotel. Our room is a redesign handicap room. Not a good fit for this room.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to its convenient location when visiting family members. Few visits have been great but there have been various concerns throughout the years but the problem with this stay was with reservation accuracy & the lackadaisical attitude of the front desk.Breakfast is always great!
