“Update - The office has since worked with me to resolved the issue. I would recommend them as they ultimately did what was right be their patient. I called in to the Keller office asking for an annual checkup. My doctor was at another location so the receptionist said she would schedule my annual checkup with Dr. Byarlay. While the experience with the Doctor himself was good, a month later I get a bill and see they did not bill my insurance for an annual checkup but an outpatient visit so the bill is $205 instead of free. I'm not concerned, mistakes happen, so I called to make them aware of the mistake. The receptionist proceeds to blatantly lie and claim she never agreed to schedule me for an annual checkup and won't send a corrected code to my insurance company. I would not have agreed to visit another doctor if I had known they would charge $205 for a visit which would have been completely covered by my insurance otherwise. I recommend staying away from this business. It is fine to make mistakes but it says a lot about the business when they refuse to make matters right by the patient.”

Everyone l came in contact was friendly, kind and professional.l was in and out in no time. I love going to Maxhealth.I visited Maxhealth yesterday, Thursday 4/1/21 for my 1st dose of the Covid-19 Vaccine. It was really quick. l informed staff via text l was in parking lot, they replied, gathered my information and texted me back in minutes to meet at front door with mask on.Mathew took my temperature , took me back , all explained, shot given and all done. The only thing that took time was the wait after shot to insure all was good, but even that wasn't bad. Excellent and professional customer service by Mathew and all others Thanks again.My visit at Maxhealth yesterday, Thursday 4/22/21 for my 2nd dose of the Phizer vaccine went very smoothly! I had a 3:15pm appt.and this time was able to go through a drive thru line. Fantastic! The gentleman that gave me the shot was professional , and thorough with the information. I was in and out in record time. The wait after the shot went by quickly. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thanks again to all at Maxhealth.”

When I needed my refill medication, the nurses fulfill them quick. in one period of time I had to retake my blood work, and they took care in appropriate manner. “Swift care was so amazing!! from the moment that I called and received the best customer care. To when I walked into the door and was greeted with the warmest smile and nicest Receptionist, that was unconsciously singing gospel hymns under her breath while i filled out my paper work in the lobby, to me meeting with the doctor who was extremely concerned, attentive, and educating, not to mention very nice to look at haha that's always a bonus when you don't feel well. The next morning he called to check on me and then followed up again the day after. I only wish i could make them my primary care givers! Thanks guys”

“Moving to Texas was easy, finding good doctors and other professionals hasn’t been so easy…until now.We tried “Wise” doctors and “Texas Health” doctors, but were very disappointed with their lackluster and lack of care. They care more about money than you as a patient!So we thought we’d try Baylor Scott and White because our chiropractor specifically highly recommended Dr Beau Ellenbecker to us.We could not be more pleased with Dr Ellenbecker!!! He is down to earth and very knowledgeable! His breadth of expertise in all areas of medicine are incredible and his bedside manner is calm and reassuring!Their website is so easy to check on results, make appointments and even chat with Dr Ellenbecker. And Dr Ellenbecker, or one of his staff are very quick to reply to any questions or concerns.Most of all, Dr Ellenbecker is so nice and down to earth. “Dr. K & his staff are absolutely amazing and lifesavers. I contracted CoVid Christmas Day. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. I called, not expecting anyone to answer, and wouldn't you know they did. She contacted Dr. Mahoney immediately and within 15 mins I was Face-to-Face with him over the phone. He did a thorough exam for a FaceTime call and prescribed me the medication I needed. I began to feel better 1-2 days later. They frequently call to check in on me & I am forever grateful for them. Three members of my family also contracted CoVid 2 days later and went to him as well. My 70 year old father didn't recover as quickly because of other medical issues. Before we took him into the ER, Dr. J had him come to his office. Treated him there over a 4-5 hour timeframe and he's doing fantastic now. Dr. J also found out more about his underlying medical conditions and found my father had been misdiagnosed by his PCP for 4 years. I highly recommend Dr. J & love his Christian values as well.”

“Helen Melissa Tyson is an awesome NP! I trust her for all my general health care. I've been coming to this location for many years, when it was a tiny one doctor office with Dr. Mayfield. It's now a much larger and modern office.The front desk staff are wonderful and very professional. The staff here always take great care of me. I highly recommend this location.Please understand this is Suite 150 in the corner. There are three Texas Family Health offices in this office complex and it can be confusing for new patients.”

“Brian Meusborn is a fantastic doctor. He's helped me learn so much about my health and I wouldn't know I was misdiagnosed with ADHD as a kid and was actually Bipolar II if he hadn't listened to my concerns and got me to the referrals I needed. The only issue I ever have is with some of the staff as the front desk. They aren't exactly the friendliest group sometimes, and they can get confused when looking at your information. One tried to tell me I had NOTHING on my deductible for the year yet, when in fact I've gone way over the deductible now and I had to have an agent from my insurance company explain it to her. The girl got offended that my agent had to force her to tell us what the average price for our visit should be, it was like pulling teeth to get an answer, even though it's pretty reasonable to want to know the average ball park of payment so you're actually prepared. So the doctors and nurses are fantastic, but their staff at the front desk and who answer the phones? Yeah, they aren't very good.”

“Thank you to PCP clinic and Dr. HAIDER and Dr. SMITH, I had some serious health issues come up recently, and the wonderful staff were able to help me get a walk-in appointment that day. I was referred to the ER room, and Dr SMITH had already called ahead, and they were waiting for me . Went back for a follow-up the next day at the clinic and got all my referrals set and completed within 1 week or less time. I have been seeing Dr. HAIDER for several years now, and I have nothing to say except great things about him. Always very professional and dedicated to listening about my medical issues, both doctors have wonderful bedside humor, knowledge, and understanding of how to treat people with dignity, and diagnose your ailment. I want to say that getting an injection in my knee is not the most fun thing to do, but i wouldn't want any other doctor performing that procedure except Dr. Haider minimal discomfort, no pain, and great relief. Also I love all the staff they are very friendly, helpful and professional, and efficient. If you are looking for a local doctor, I highly recommend their clinic. I have been a repeat patient for quite a few years now, starting way back at the older office location and will continue to do so as long as they are open and practicing.”

“I would give yall a 5 because the dr and nurse were great . But every chair in the waiting room was filled with dog hair. I know people take their dogs everywhere with them these days but nobody wants to sit in dog hair at a drs office . My appt was at 10 am today so hopefully when I come back next month I do not have the same issue”
