PermiaCare Basin Assistance Services

Hours: PermiaCare, formerly Permian Basin Community Centers MHMR, is the Local Mental Health Authority and Local Intellectual and Developmental (IDD) Authority for the Permian Basin. Basin Assistance Services (BAS) operates at this location. BAS is our Ryan White Program that serves the Permian Basin. If you have been diagnosed with HIV or AIDS and don’t have sufficient healthcare or financial resources needed for HIV services, this program is for you. BAS helps to fill in any gaps in your care by providing core medical and essential support services to help you get and stay well.
