“I was just in with my truck two weeks ago for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was in the area today in my wife's Blazer and noticed it was due for service!! I took a chance and drove in without an appointment because I really like the service department here! Everyone in Service is always at the rest to help when you drive up. It was that way today! I pulled in and most everyone was with someone else so I walked up to Kenny's desk while he was finishing up someone else's paperwork. I asked if they had time to do an oil change and that I didn't have an appointment. He looked out in the shop to see if there was room to squeeze me in and came back and told her could get me right in!!! That made my day because I can stay on schedule and get the wife's car back to her with an oil change and tire rotation that she wasn't expecting!!! I love the people here at Granger!!! The entire dealership is run like a well oiled machine! Everyone looks after you no matter what you have in mind, whether it's buying a new or used vehicle, or coming in to get one serviced, they are always on top of their game.
