Seems like a nice new community but still being built and will not be ready until the end of this year. A lot of lakes if you like water front property. Also priced pretty high for a pretty blah home, interior is all white, no grays or other colors. No choices when building the home even though they are still under construction.

I haven't purchased a Lennar home at Jordan Ranch yet.. my 5 star review is completely based on my experience with the Lennar Representative at Jordan Ranch, Stephen Reamer. He has been awesome!! Extremely helpful with such a pleasant personality. Looking forward to working with him on a new home.
