“I came in needing a whole new color of scrubs for a new job. I usually like Greys Anatomy brand so I was a little disappointed they didn’t carry it there. Usually I would take a star away because they didn’t carry my fav brand BUT Desaraye was super helpful and nice!! She helped pick out some really soft and comfortable scrubs. Very attentive and genuinely helpful but not overbearing which I appreciate!! So she turned my 4 star to a 5 star!”

“Purchased a new to me (used) wheelchair van here, and it was a super easy experience. This location has, IMO, some of the best prices for used ADA vans. Jeff Malloy set up test drives for my husband and I, then facilitated comparing interest rates between my credit union and Braunability (Credit Union wins by 2 points), worked with the credit union to have all the paper taken care of...totally hassle free for me. Picked up the car today and it had been prepped, cleaned, and was ready to drive out the door! It looked like a new van. So pleased with my experience! Highly Recommend!”

The hours online are not at all accurate, as I've learned the hard way by making the hourlong drive there and discovering no one showed up for work. They're volunteers, so it's to be expected. While volunteering in the sort room, we used gloves and had extra space to not be in contact with others. If you are wanting to help underserved communities, this is the place to be! On top of following all Harris country guidelines, all staff members are really lovely.”

It has a down-home feel that you cannot find in any of these big chain pharmacies, along with care and helpful kindness that goes a long way in helping you to feel so much better about doing business here. “I had an adventure here. You could call it an Excellent Adventure. A Bill & Ted Excellent Medical Adventure, perhaps. So the main reason I like this company is because of the adorable, awesome lettering right on the sidewalk in front of their place, which seems to be unusual for these areas although it is common in this strip mall. The design is very nicely done and who doesn't like to see excellent written right on the sidewalk, especially if your name is Bill or Ted, or Keanu even. For that reason, I will probably use this spot in the medical center more often than others when needed, because otherwise it's a pretty standard medical office.”

“This is my updated review of Intermed and Craig the repair guy. I finally realized that the delay for my repairs was NOT due to Craig but on the manufacturer shipping the part out to him. I am so glad that he took in my scooter even though I had bought it elsewhere that had no follow up on service. For that I am grateful to Craig. Also this is a very friendly place to do business. The service, both at the counter and with the scooter, is outstanding. The prices are reasonable. My last review sadly was based more on my personal frustration than on their excellent service.”

“I’m very happy with Horizon Medical! Last week I fell in the shower while trying to get out even though I have safety bars and a shower chair (thank goodness I was not hurt). He suggested the transfer chair shown in the picture and it has worked great!!In the past I’ve also bought a lift chair and a Nitro Duet from them. All at reasonable prices.The service, advice and help has always been excellent, so I’m surprised at the bad reviews.Last week when I went I saw a customer getting advice on several things and then saying they would check Amazon. That is hard on a small store and then to write a negative review doesn’t seem right.”
