“Wow-- I've had great service at this RAC for about eight months now. I got a beautiful (brand new) Ashley furniture set that I get complements on all the time. The only complaint I have is that I was unable to make payments on the company's website (not very user friendly) so now I call or stop by twice a month to do so. But I don't let small stuff bother me.”
“Quick process getting my car, which was clean and had no issues leaving. Returning was the issue, I returned the car after hours but before the beginning of the second day to avoid paying for a second day. I guess no one looked in the drop box until late that evening and attempted to charge me for a second day and would have if I did not notice that they charged me for two days on my invoice. Luckily I noticed and notified the manager who understood and was extremely helpful in getting me my money back. Had it not been for that issue I would have given them 5 stars.”
