“Jon at Harbor Freight went absolutely above and beyond. After his shift was already over, he took the time to come pick my wife and I up and help us with our car after the battery died. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he went out of his way to make sure we weren’t stranded. It’s rare to come across someone who is willing to help a complete stranger simply because it’s the right thing to do. Jon was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Harbor Freight should be proud to have someone like him representing the company. He’s in a great spot as the manager there. Thank you Jon. -Sky&Kat”

“Love this store spend a lot of money here every time I go in, this time needed some sockets to keep my job going and the assistant manager turned into a mask police officer.... when last week I came in and the Gm told me I was fine without a mask because no one can force it upon someone? All I can say is it cost you money hopefully it will be different soon.”

“Always fun to go here and browse the seasonal stuff, but they also tend to have auto/vehicle stuff or farm stuff I need, without having to go into town and deal with 380 traffic. A but more expensive.... EXCEPT for propane refills! It's crazy cheaper to refill vs the Walmart swap thing. You get more for less, your tank is filled fuller. They took care of lots of folks during the recent ice storms, filling as much as they could till the supply ran out.”

“Since Covid sort of stopped everything in its tracks and everyone started doing home improvement, some things have become difficult to obtain. I called several box stores and lumber yards and was told “nope, won’t have any for a while.” So I decided that Melissa wasn’t really that far and called these guys.Success!!! Drive on up, pulled in and got exactly what was needed to finish a project for the wife! Now I won’t go anywhere else for lumber!”

“I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot thanks to Christine and the manager, Blake\. I placed an online order, but it wasn’t completed correctly when I applied my coupon\. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing they could do, they both went above and beyond to resolve the issue\. Christine was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping\. Blake stepped in and worked with her to make sure every eligible coupon was applied correctly\. They put in the extra effort to help me save money, and their dedication made all the difference\. Excellent customer service like this is rare these days, where too many places seem to treat helping customers as an optional side quest\. Christine and Blake proved that professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude still exist\. I left the store happy, appreciated, and grateful for their outstanding support\. Thank you, Christine and Blake, for making this such a pleasant experience\. Home Depot is lucky to have employees like you\!”

“I called the store today with a delivery question and was lucky enough to get Clint as the person who answered my call. He was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped to go above and beyond in answering my questions regarding a new gas oven I had just purchased. He really went out of his way to explain the process and assure me that I had everything I needed. Thank you Clint! It’s rare to get this kind of service anymore and I appreciate it greatly.”

“Koel was phenomenal!! The storms that hit Anna were destructive. I woke up to two areas of my fence completely blown apart. Koel was amazing and went above and beyond service. I walked into the store on the verge of tears, and walked out, completely satisfied, and laughing. They made a bad experience into an east fix. I also needed a drill, and Matthew came right over with a huge smile, offering his assistance. These two guys truly made a difference.”
