“I have brought both of my furry babies Bella and Bear for different reasons and had a great experience both times. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your baby is taken care of. The vet takes her time to explain, evaluate and treat your baby. Prices are reasonable and they do some extra work at no cost like, helping you get your scared baby off your vehicle (I’m so grateful 🥲) and nail clipping. Reaching out the next day to check on my baby was so helpful and shows the care they have for their patients. Jennifer, took her time to listen to any concerns and answers any questions. This is my to go Vet from now on and I recommend this place is incredible. Thank you all for the amazing service!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Ovilla Animal Hospital. I’ve taken my cat here three times over the past three months, and I can confidently say that I have finally found a veterinary clinic that I completely trust with my baby. My cat is my son. He is my baby, and I would do absolutely anything for him. We had a very traumatic experience with Alvarado Animal Hospital, so finding a new long-term vet was really important to me. From our very first visit with Dr. Ben Stanfill, I immediately felt like my cat was in loving and capable hands. He treated him with so much kindness and patience, and my cat was honestly the calmest I have ever seen him at a vet. This week, my senior cat had a dental procedure and needed six extractions. I was extremely worried about him, especially because of his age, but the entire team reassured me throughout the process. I called multiple times that day because, admittedly, I was a frantic cat mom checking on her baby, and they were always so gracious and kind about answering my questions. Sarah was the person I spoke with the most throughout the process, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, reassuring, and made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. The best part is that my cat came home and went right back to his normal self. You would never even know he had just had a dental procedure and six teeth removed. I am so incredibly thankful that I found this office. They don’t just treat animals like patients, they treat them with genuine care and compassion. I needed a vet I could trust with my baby, and I finally found one. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ovilla Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about their animals and the people who love them.”

“Saw Dr. Authuro, staff was friendly and calm and patient with my dog. The vet took his time with the examination and answered all of my questions. He gave me a couple of options for treating my dog and kind of spoke to me as if he were treating his dog. That kind of empathy is special and I really appreciated it. Also they didn't run up the bill with unnecessary tests.”

“1000/10! I needed health certificates for my fur babies to travel to Germany and they were amazing! Dr. Feichnie was so sweet to my pets and seemed very knowledgeable. I also totally credit hospital manager Amy for me actually getting thru all of the legal hoops for this. I have never had to move my pets internationally before and I honestly don't think I could have done this correctly if not for all of their help and guidance. Thanks to the team here we made it through customes easily. Also worth noting that they really helped everywhere they could on this financially. This process can get so expensive so fast and they were kind enough to help ease the burden where ever they could which I just don't think most vet offices would have done. If you are looking for a vet in the area, you should really give this location a shot!”

“We’ve been seeing Dr. Welsh for about 10 years now. She is kind, knowledgeable and answers all questions. I don’t feel like she’s in a hurry when she’s talking to me. We’ve had 3 dogs with her now. The oldest had to be euthanized and her staff was very compassionate and helpful. Now with a puppy they are patient and helpful. Highly recommend!”

They will give you options and give you their opinion. We couldn't ask for better care, consistent care for our animals.
