“I'm highlighting a feature likely less known in some Whole Food stores. That is a bar, yes, you heard me correctly. The Richardson, TX store has a 16 tap bar with a variety of beers that cycle through with different options throughout the year. In addition, they have wine by the glass. The best part is if they don't have something that wets your whistle, you can pick out a beverage from the store shelves, bring it to the bartender, and they will open and serve it to you. The bartenders are all personable and do a great job of hearing what you like and suggesting options from what they have available. The area has seating to enjoy their in store ready to go food options. They host different events - trivia nights, live music, and tap takeovers. In the nicer months there are even groups who gather there run a few miles and come back to wind down and socialize. This hidden gem has been the highlight of moving to the area and having a place easy to get to and hang out...oh and the ability to grab any needed groceries on your way out isn't a bad thing either!”

Upon entering I was welcomed into the store and asked if I needed assistance which was exactly what I needed. Richard (employee) did a wonderful job In educating me, answering my questions thoroughly and as well as giving me advice and also helping multiple people at the same time. “3/1/24: Stopped by to pick up a few things and I met Phil. He spoke to me about lotions to relieve pain in my back and shoulders. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and well organized. There was a great selection of produce, and the meat market area looked great. Staff is usually pretty friendly at this location. There was plenty of parking.”

“Right off the bat, the smoothies were really good. I never had one from smoothie king, so it was pleasant to try, however, they are Purr-ice-y! With two smoothies, it was almost 20$. The employees seemed to be waiting for us, which was very nice, but as my cousin said, they all looked very tired and a little not there, so I assume business was so slow they lost the customer service spark. Not their fault, it happens. Otherwise, it's a nice place to go for a 'healthy' treat, but not an everyday adventure to me. Hope things get better for the workers!”

“I went in a few weeks ago looking for a heart safe fat burner, the girl working gave me showed me one, said it was a non stimulant and would be safe. I couldn't read the print on the bottle because it was so small, I didn't have my glasses. I got home and it had an outrageous amount of caffeine. It was basically a pre workout.I came back to return it, and found out the girl had been let go.Lizzie was there to help me this time. She took me directly to the product I needed. She was super knowledgeable about all of the products in the store,And was able to answer all my questions and concerns without hesitation.”

“Yesterday was mine and my son’s first time here and it was spectacular! McKenna was very kind and patient with my son who is on the spectrum. Usually, when I have a teenager taking my order, I feel rushed and disrespected, but she is the complete opposite. She was actively having a conversation with me and didn’t show annoyance and wasn’t trying to find a way to close it and as I’ve said before, patient. I was blown away as she seemed to have advanced knowledge on the menu; she was throwing out suggestions left and right. Not only that, but the smoothie she made was delicious! While the selection is extensive, I sometimes wish the overall produce experience was a bit fresher. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and overall shopping experience keep me coming back. With a little improvement in the produce department, Sprouts would be absolutely stellar.”
