A pretty good movie theater near my area, pretty much like the Mayan theater now

We went during the week and had the whole theater to ourselves.**Update went on a Sunday during the holiday season and there were two other people in there plus my family. It was nice to have a kind of empty theater. The staff was super nice and it made interacting with them all the better.
