There should be a dining area for people who would like to eat there and not walk back to their building in the heat.

Mostly on par with similar Subways (not considering the unfortunately mismanaged ones). There are some exceptional talents at this location that can operate multiple stations simultaneously, correctly and within health and safety standards.

The ladys work fast, good service especially since a bit of people come here for lunch.
