My family and I have been in the area for almost a year, and the dam has never had any water in it.Dog-friendliness: As far as dog friendliness, there are signs saying, "You must keep your dog on a leash at all times."Picnic area: Picnic areas are in a separate area from the soccer field.

Nice park to go for a mile long walk, they keep it relatively clean and manicured.The only downside is the restrooms are usually locked and you have to use portapotties.
