“Absolutely amazing customer service. I had an issue with my sofa the day after delivery. It was a manufacturing problem, not anything they did or caused. These men took my sofa and basically rebuilt the inside of it! They brought it back quickly and got it into my home and set up again. I'm super grateful as I just moved here from out of state & didn't have other furniture.”

“A perfect event? Everything worked the way they were supposed to! Ordered online for a store pickup. At arrival, clicked the "I'm here" option. Walked in. A guy saleted, pointing the counter. Young lady asked for an ID. Checked, smiled, and told me to go online and renew it! It's about to expire! Got my product and asked for my "trade-in". Which I was going to forget about. All checked, verified, and I was out in less than 5 minutes with everything and more accomplished! Need more events like this!”

“I have rented from Aarons previously, and it has always been a great experience for me. Recently I purchased a new TV, bed frame, and Mattress. Israel helped me with my purchases, and all went very smoothly. I was very pleased! Last night I went to sleep on my new mattress, and woke up this morning realizing the mattress that I purchased was not what I expected. It wasn't comfortable enough for me. Everyone is different; this is a nice mattress just to firm for me. I went back to the store this morning, and purchased an upgraded mattress from Israel. Instead of having to wait days for it to be delivered he had it delivered today! He definitely has gone above and beyond to help me with everything!!! Very very pleased with not only the purchasing of the TV and bed from Aarons, but the delivery process as well. The guys who delivered to my house; Mike, Steve, and Noah were very respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after setting everything up, and just very nice guys! I will continue to make purchases from Aarons. ? percent satisfied!!!”
