“I was rushing to take my kids somewhere and I accidentally left my phone on top of the hood . My phone flew off somewhere In Schertz and I was devastated . Me and my kids went back to look around and couldn’t find it, we were sure someone would steal it , because it was gone. The next day, the one star gas station contacted me and they found my phone in the grass. They could have easily taken it, but they did the right thing. They are good people. God bless them for doing the right thing. Thank you!”

“Update: card reader works again! Yay!Car wash is great(manual part) but the card reader hasn’t worked the last 2 times I’ve visited which is a bummer. Only place I’ve washed for a few months and now I’m gonna have to go back to washing at home I guess.. been over a week they haven’t worked so be prepared to bring quarters(if that even works) haven’t checked as the card reader was the most convenient (don’t carry any cash). Boo..”

“Convenient gas station w/ easy on/off access to the highway w/ competitive gas prices...what's not to love??? As the other reviewer mention, yes they do a bait and switch here which is they have an advertised price but then when you go to pay it shows another. The only way you get the lower price is if you purchase a car wash. I live in CA and we're used to that, the only difference is that we're not required to purchase a wash...we just get charged differently if we are paying w/ cash vs credit. Either way, the price comes out to a .20 difference so not life altering. There are plenty of pumps, they have a rewards system and the store is stocked w/ all kinds of inflated snacks that my hips and waistline didn't need. Employees were friendly, wished me a good day after I paid for my transaction and...that was appreciated!!! Def recommend.”

“Well, we USE to make this our Chinese food go to place. But as of 08/19/22... uhhh they closed? Indefinitely? Dang it. We have never had a bad meal ever, and we've tried almost everything on the menu. Sorry to see it go if it closes. Need another place in Rittiman, Walzem, Austin Hwy to Broadway. Prefer inside 410. Any suggestions”

“There's not ever any issue with sales orService representatives & they have wonderful staff and very friendly serviceAnd always greet you when you walk through the door...They are always willing to assist you with any questions or concerns that you as a customer might have or if you are unable to find a certain product or itemIn the store they are there to assist you with your needs to point you in the right direction..,Bathrooms are cleaned every shift andMaintained properly and they take very good care of their roller grill and ovensAnd as well the fountain station is maintained and cleaned regularly as well...,But if you were to purchase a bag of iceJust be patient they might be out and they will cheerfully bag one for you.Overall a wonderful store to visit with the kids and stop by in the morning before work. ?”

“I am quite impressed with the selection of unique food items. They have locally made candies, pies, and a brand new soda machine with $.49 or $.69 per cup. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were clean as expected. Along my travels I will definitely stop back if I need gas which is also reasonably priced for being along the interstate.”

“The employee, Shade, was well versed in his job. He sold me on the care pass without sounding pushy. He was so helpful with the current deals on some of the items I purchased. I also had placed a pickup order prior to coming to shop within the store, and it was ready and correctly fulfilled. I love this location even though I passed 3 other CVS stores to get to it. It is worth the drive. The store is remarkably clean and organized!!!”

“Pharmacy review, I have yet to shop at in store. I recently moved back and have getting my prescriptions at CVS for years. Though at times things can be slow, some days are just busier Han others, I find them to very helpful. My Dr is in California still while I'm already in Schertz for the most part. There was no issue or break in getting my prescriptions. She even doubled checked all previous scripts and told me just to let them know when I was ready for refills. One less thing to worry about. The only thing is their drive through could go better. I don't typically use the drive through and the one time I did I sat there forever because I wasn't sure how it all worked. I felt ignored for awhile but being new to it, I didn't push the button either because I didn't see it”

“They answer their phones pretty quickly unlike cvs who I just recently transferred my prescriptions from. every time I would call there I'd have to wait on hold at least 20 or 30 minutes until someone answered so this is a big relief. I've had very good experiences here with everybody.”

“This is the first time this has ever happened, I drove up to the pharmacy drive through and was told very nicely that it would be a few minutes before they could get to me, they were extremely busy and appreciated my patience. I really appreciated being told that instead of being ignored or be with you in a minute when it's actually 10 minutes. About 4 minutes into my wait, the pharmacy technician named Jessica came to the window and thanked me for my patience. It is this kind of great customer service that really is appreciated by the consumer, and I told them so. Kudos to the pharmacy staff at CVS on 3009 in Schertz!”
