“We couldn't find everything we needed, but that's not the store's fault. D and Shelly were great, and also very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience. 5 stars.”

“This place has turned around! I want to give a shout out to Jessie Small for the pride in her work to keep the aisles clear and organized and uplifting of staff (young man) with support and kind words! The cashier (young lady) was friendly and professional even when another customer was being rude at closing time. The hispanic lady was also very mobile and supportive to the team. Kiddos to the closing team! I wish I had pictures to share!”

“Bought A dresser and 2 bar stools from them after seeing the post on FB Marketplace. Sara responded to my message immediately even though it was around 530 - 6am in the morning. Very pleasant to work with and even said she will keep me posted if they come upon any queen size headboards. We set everything up by messenger and the items were delivered by noon as promised. I am definitely planning on visiting the storefront in person soon . Thank you for making the process enjoyable”

“Completely speechless on how much this family, this mama, does for so many.. a true inspiration.. always needs volunteers and donations y’all, even with having vehicle issues and even getting a flat right after and having so much on their plate they delivered, out of their way, myself and my family a bunch of food that has really gotten us through these very rough times. And she didn’t complain and was even happy to do it.. so let’s give em a hand and help them when we can y’all. We are so very grateful for the sacrifices you make for so many.. you are all beautiful shining stars angels sent from above, sincerely and truly, please never let go of that and never stop caring, loving, and helping. Sending much love, peace, and prosperous vibes. Y’all stay safe and take care.. big big huge hugs from all of us.. ????????”

“Had to find a DG near me by my church and walked in to be greeted WELCOME, Finding the store very very clean!!!! I could literally walk thru the isle without having to step over inventory waiting to be put on shelves. It’s been a long time since I’ve come in to any DG because so many are nasty! Great JOB to the manager, employees, region mgr!!! Definitely will start coming to the DG!!”

“Staff is Very Friendly, and knowledgeable. The store looks great inside, clean and stocked. Wish they would get the self checkout station working for busy days and when you have just a couple items to save time.”

“The place is good but it needs more electronic things like headphone cables, chargers, etc. And it needs more ATMs because it is frustrating to wait because there is only one ATM open of the two there are. If you are only going to grab something in particular, the place is good.”

“I visited this Dollar General location and had such a great experience. The staff were so sweet and attentive, and I found everything I needed. As someone who shops frequently, customer service is very important to me, and they really stood out. Prices are great, especially if you shop on a Saturday and stack coupons!”

“The naval portion of the war ended more slowly. It had begun on April 11, 1865, two days after Lee's surrender, when President Lincoln proclaimed that foreign nations had no further "claim or pretense" to deny equality of maritime rights and hospitalities to U.S. warships and, in effect, that rights extended to Confederate ships to use neutral ports as safe havens from U.S. warships should end.[298][299] Having no response to Lincoln's proclamation, President Andrew Johnson issued a similar proclamation dated May 10, 1865, more directly stating the premise that the war was almost at an end ("armed resistance...may be regarded as virtually at an end") and that insurgent cruisers still at sea and prepared to attack U.S. ships should not have rights to do so through use of safe foreign ports or waters and warned nations which continued to do so that their government vessels would be denied access to U.S. ports. He also "enjoined" U.S. officers to arrest the cruisers and their crews so "that they may be prevented from committing further depredations on commerce and that the persons on board of them may no longer enjoy impunity for their crimes".[300] Britain finally responded on June 6, 1865, by transmitting a June 2, 1865 letter from Foreign Secretary John Russell, 1st Earl Russell to the Lords of the Admiralty withdrawing rights to Confederate warships to enter British ports and waters but with exceptions for a limited time to allow a captain to enter a port to "divest his vessel of her warlike character" and for U.S. ships to be detained in British ports or waters to allow Confederate cruisers twenty-four hours to leave first.[301] U.S. Secretary of State Seward welcomed the withdrawal of concessions to the Confederates but objected to the exceptions.[302] Finally, on October 18, 1865, Russell advised the Admiralty that the time specified in his June 2, 1865 message had elapsed and "all measures of a restrictive nature on vessels of war of the United States in British ports, harbors, and waters, are now to be considered as at an end".[303] Nonetheless, the final Confederate surrender was in Liverpool, England where James Iredell Waddell, the captain of CSS Shenandoah, surrendered the cruiser to British authorities on November 6, 1865.[304]”

“Cashier named “MARY”, ALWAYS makes me feel so welcomed. She is always energetic, friendly and helpful to everyone. She greets all customers coming & going. She really seems to love her job. I drive 4 miles to this location because of her (although I have 2 other locations 1 mile or less) that I pass up to shop at this location.”

“Notice a lot of these bad comments are old. Make sure you grab your bags and everything…that’s on YOU if you don’t, but even if you forget something they will hold it for you. I did and went back the next day. I’ve been going to both Dollar Generals in the area but and they both have good employees and managers, this one in particular is stocked well and the manager i talked with was cool and was taking care of customers concern. Riri is her name. The cashier was friendly and cool as well. Great customer service”

“The store has never looked better. I went in on 1/29 to pickup a Doordash delivery and was surprised that I found it pretty quick. I say surprised because normally the store is a mess. I talked with the lady checking me out, Wayla (hope I spelled it right), and she's only been there for 30 days and was able to make the store organized, neat, and an overall very pleasant shopping experience. Hands down the best looking Dollar General I've been to.”

“I've never been an a store so crowded and no help because they were just too busy. Even tho everything was in order as it's supposed to be but it was hard to find what I needed.”

2.4 Poor99 Reviews

“Everyone is so nice, they are always busy. But will stop to get lines down. Except when they only have two people. Realize that they are cashing and stocking at same time. Always walk in their shoes. It’s hard working with public, not everyone is the nicest.”
