“Coconut and I were transferred here from our primary vet when she was struggling to improve from IMHA. I carried her inside when we first arrived and had to set her down briefly to pay the initial deposit. Within seconds of setting her down, the vet techs came out and brought her to the back for vitals. I immediately felt a huge sense of relief seeing how quickly they moved into action.

From that first moment through the week of her hospitalization, we experienced an incredible amount of emotion and truly exceptional care. Based on her condition at admission, Coconut was given less than a 50% chance of a positive outcome. However, that didn't stop Dr. Ramsey from formulating a plan to save her and giving it his all. Coconut and I are forever grateful and no words could ever really truly express that.

Besides the compassion of every doctor, vet tech and front desk agent we encourntered, one thing really stood out to me about MissionVet. Even though Dr. Ramsey laid out the groundwork for Coconut's case, throughout her stay multiple doctors took over and brought their unique perspective to it. Without that teamwork and shared goal to save Coconut, I'm not sure where we would be today. So I want to also express my gratitude to Dr. Sinese, Dr. Hindmarsh, Dr. Lozano, and all the wonderful techs (day and night), Mary, Angie, and the front desk staff.

They were very accommadating to visitations and were always available on the phone for when I needed updates about Coconut. Just make sure you call to schedule visits! I also received a morning and evening phone call every day with updates about Coconut's progress and current state. I'm not sure if this was due to the severity of her case or if this is a regular thing, but it was greatly appreciated. And I'm certain that if you wanted that as well, all you would have to do is ask.

Yes, the cost can get very expensive very quickly, but you get what you pay for and MissionVet is nothing but excellence. They set the standard for how veterinary hospitals should operate. I couldn't recommend them more highly than their reputation already does.

Coconut's road to recovery is far from over but I can't wait to continue that journey with MissionVet. Thank you so much again for bringing back the joy in Coconut's eyes and giving her a second chance at what I hope will be many more happy years.”

We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.”

“I called for an appointment and they got me in the very next day. There are few exotic animal veterinarians near me, so I was told 99 dollar exam fee. my chinchilla only needed a very quick, easy exam- So i ended up paying much less for it, which is always a blessing and very fair. They got me the antibiotic ointment she needed and I was in and out in no time. They didn’t try to offer me a bunch of different unnecessary services, which is often the case at the vet. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be bringing my dogs and cats here in the future! Thank you all for taking such good care of my beloved pet.”

“we take all our pets here and they never disappoint. i wouldn’t trust by babies with anyone else. they are extremely kind and personable, and you can so clearly see how much they truly love their jobs. they do so much to ensure you and your pet are both as comfortable as possible, and i’ve never had a bad interaction. in 2020, we had to put our dog down- but due to the pandemic they did not allow people inside. however, they let us in to say goodbye to him anyway, and i was so grateful. they truly do amazing work, if you’re looking for a vet, please go here!”

“My precious Sammy! My friend and companion has been with me over eight years as his previous owner passed away. He is a character, over 12 years old. And when he is feeling good, he is my best friend. He grew more lethargic and I knew something was wrong with him. I took him to Cibolo Small Animal Hospital and they treated him with the best care. He had a tooth abscess. The veterinarian and staff helped him with the tooth and he is now recuperating at home. If you take your pet here, the staff will help you and your pet with the best of care for the animal and the parent.”

I really appreciate her thought process and rationality on diagnosis. She is not in and out but really takes the time to look over my cat and educate me about him.

“This was my first time here. They had my cat's name up on a white board to make us feel welcome. It's the little things that go a long way. I genuinely felt like they cared.
My cat had an appointment earlier this month and she's normally not great at the vet. She did so good with the tech or assistant and the doctor. She hissed once while getting her weight. But my cat hasn't had a proper exam in a little bit because last time (at a different clinic) she wouldn't let the doctor do a proper exam. Which is concerning for me because I want to know if everything feels and sounds good. I had the first appointment of the day so there wasn't anyone else in the lobby. My cat doesn't like when there's dogs in the lobby, it stresses her out and makes the exam harder. So I planned to be the first one to make sure she was as stress free as possible. I chose this clinic because my cat has been up to date on her rabies and I wanted a 3 years rabies for her, which they offered. And I also came here because of the good reviews. If I wasn't moving, I would definitely come back. I'm extremely grateful that my cat, Button, was able to have a full body exam, her heart and lungs listened to, and get more information about bladder stones. Thank you! ❤?”

“We went to have a stray dog we had been caring for put to sleep. The staff was very helpful and kind. Making the appointment was quick and easy, they easy availability for us. The prices for the exam, the cremation and return of the remains was comparable and even slightly lower than most places. The staff was very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. They had a quiet room set up with gentle music playing. They were very patient and gentle with her.

Even though she wasn't our long term fur baby, they treated her with so much kindness. I would recommend them to anyone looking for end of life services for their pup.”

“I was 10 minutes late to the appointment, and still hardly had any wait. My dog needed his internal anal glands extracted and a bordetella shot. Everyone was very friendly. They even gave him his dose of Bracecto for me because I always have difficulty giving him pills. I've been bringing my dog here for at least seven years. They're always friendly and understanding and you can tell they enjoy working with animals.”

“On 11/15 took my dogs it went smoothly.Great friendly serviced.Been going for years. Took cats on 11/22 to get shots. Wasn’t told that it was going to be individual charge for shot (not package price)due to my cats had rabies shots from my vet already. I get bill yes upset . Manger came to speak to me . I had told him I had taken my other cat's to my vet in morning and it was cheaper 100 less then what they’re charging. He said vets have different vaccines and get different pricing. But them how are they low cost? Paid of course but won’t be returning, check / ask before getting your pet service.”

“We started taking one of our kitties to El Dorado when he was having urgent health issues related to his feline leukemia. The care Dr. Macintosh and his staff provided was the most compassionate, personalized care we've ever received at any vet clinic we've been to. They were able to get us in quickly and handled our concerns with such care that although it was meant to be a one-time visit, we kept going back and have transfered care of our other cats to this clinic since. Dr. Mac and staff are incredibly caring and knowlegeable.We ended up having to put down one of our cats because his health was rapidly declining from complications from his feline leukemia, and we were handled with the utmost care and concern by everyone in the clinic. They even sent us a card afterward and made a donation to A&M in Richie's honor. There aren't enough words to describe how well we were cared for and continue to be cared for by this clinic. “Kittyhawk animal hospital really show that they care for your pet. My pet loves to go there because when he sees his technicians he's happy I highly recommend this veterinarian the only negative I would say would be they charge you for an appointment so you can get there which I understand, but when you get there on time, and several minutes early and they don't see you till 20 minutes after or 30 minutes after your appointment time which means you're there for practically an hour for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes”

“I found Canyon Vet NB years ago and I am so very pleased with the care they have provided for my doxxies! From the receptionist all the way through to the vet, they are kind, caring, and attentive to my “nervous Nellie” boys. Dr. Farris takes time to explain and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. My oldest has an autoimmune disorder and she is highly attuned to that and considers this with all of his care decisions. Oh, and they do a great job keeping the place clean and smelling good!!!”
