“I'm SO happy New Braunfels has a Vitamin Shoppe. I went in today to the new location for an online order I placed. I was greeted with one of the biggest smiles by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) followed by a "hello, welcome in". As he was helping me, the manager walked out and greeted me. Her name is Felicia. I started asking about the smell of the store and how I loved it. She showed me the diffuser and showed me the scent that I was smelling. She also explained the layout of the store and showed me some other items. The attention I received at today's visit exemplified EXCELLENT customer service. I will most definitely return and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice clean place to purchase supplements at a great price, to come here. You won't be disappointed!! 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend!”

“Always top notch customer service. The folks here are very informative and friendly. My only observation for improvement is the gummies tend to have a hit or miss dose. I get that 1000mg are in each of the containers you’re phasing out are set up so each gummy is 25mg but it seems that the manufacturing process produces an inconsistent dose per gummy (never really bothers me I just take another). Haven’t tried the new and improved versions. Good luck with the business! I’d really like to see you all succeed!”
