I had recently had one done and told Trisha but she told me I could use the certificate when I needed my next one. Even though it was 3 months later, they still honored the free oil change. “The staff at A2Z Automotive were very courteous, professional in every aspect. A2Z was recommended by my uncle. We shipped the car from Houston to their shop after having another reputable mechanic service do some work and the car failed. Once at A2Z, Ms. Eva communicated at each phase of the service of the car. Kevin, meticulously took him time to troubleshoot and find the problem. They were able to get the necessary part and make the repair for use. I will be using the A2Z Team for future repairs if required.

“Took care of my oil change on my 2022 Chevrolet Truck when it was due since Donalson GMC/Chevrolet was booked out over a week in advance!!! Turns out they send Chevrolet customers over here all the time! The Chevy place didn't have a front end alignment machine so they send it next door to the Chrysler Dodge dealer for to get alignments done! The only thing is, is that they won't rotate your tires for free as part of the oil change like they do at the Chevy dealership! There's a charge for rotating your Chevy's tires at the Dodge dealer!!!”

They assisted me while I negotiated with Valerie Gray at Ford Headquarters to pay for the repairs. Theresa set me up with a great Ford F150 loaner vehicle and did a great job staying in touch during the entire process. Everyone was very kind and professional. “I want to give a huge thank-you to the Donalson Dodge Service Department for the excellent service I received with my 2025 Ram Laramie.
After dealing with several issues with the truck, I brought it to Donalson Dodge, and they were able to diagnose the problems quickly and actually get to the bottom of what was going on. After everything I had been dealing with, having a service department that took the concerns seriously, investigated the issues, and found answers made a huge difference.
A special thank-you goes to Larrin Adams, the technician, for taking the time to properly diagnose the truck and figure out what was causing the problems. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to get to the root of the issue really stood out.
I also want to recognize Cristina Flores, my Service Advisor, for her communication, professionalism, and willingness to keep me informed throughout the process. Having a service advisor who listens to your concerns and keeps you updated makes a stressful situation much easier.
After the experience I've had with this truck, I genuinely appreciate the Donalson Dodge team for getting things figured out quickly and treating me like a customer whose concerns mattered.

“It is ALWAYS a PLEASURE to deal with Silsbee Nissan personnel, which DEFINITELY was NOT the case when we were TRYING to deal with Patterson’s Nissan of Longview, TX, when we were TRYING to get satisfaction with the Nissan Rogue we purchased FROM Patterson Nissan! They MADE SURE we COULD NOT have a Lemon Law Case, and we ended up TRADING IN at Silsbee Nissan for a Murano WITHIN a FEW MONTHS, because riding in it was HAZARDOUS to our HEALTH!! We NOW are paying an “upside down note”, but Silsbee Nissan has treated us MUCH BETTER! It is a PLEASURE to take our Murano for service to Silsbee Nissan, DESPITE the FACT that we drive almost THREE HOURS from NE Texas to get there!! Silsbee Nissan ALWAYS treats us with MUCH RESPECT & DIGNITY!”
