“My front passenger side tire wasn't holding air/gong low overnight. My brother took me here. We were in the waiting area for a few minutes, the employee came, and us back out to vehicle. He said the stem was leaking air. I asked how much it was to fix it. He said $7, I said OKAY, how long will it take. He said it's already done!! I was like WOW!! Thank you, paid him and left. Since I'm new to the area, this maybe my go to spot for any future tire issues with any of my vehicles.”

My wife and I went to two other dealerships, where we were already getting approached and talked to before we could even close the doors from parking. At Don Ringler it was much more enjoyable, we weren't rushed to as soon as they saw us try to get out of our vehicle upon arrival. Knowledgeable salesman (shout-out to Sean) was very easy to deal with. He offers other services as well, but I haven't used them since I already had a mechanic I was loyal to. However, I am loyal to Troy for all my tire needs.11/15/23 - Quick update. New vehicle, uncommon tire size. Called Troy with the exact brand/model/size we wanted and he quoted $175 for the tire. Of course we went ahead with getting set up to have it replaced. Just for sh*ts and giggles, I checked the website of the insanely popular discount shop for this kind of thing. Their price for the exact same tire was $216. That's a significant difference, y'all. I can rest assured I'm getting the best price without having to price match or haggle when I call Troy.”

Today there were older people tending the cafe. While the other day they were younger with the personality of a fire hydrant. Today pizza choices were very abundant.
