“I went there Upset because I was going to be without a car. The warranty that I have did not do what it was supposed to however, the entire process Kim was a God send. She even kept in touch with me after hours and gave me the assurance that I needed. I’m glad I chose this place because without her I don’t know how the situation would have turned out. If you have problems with your vehicle I recommend this place 1000%. They will make sure that you were taken care of and that you get back on the road safely.
EDIT: I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM AND WENT BACK AND ASKED FOR KIM. Seems like the man was upset because I wanted to talk to her. I eventually was told that she is no longer there, and because of the way his demeanor seem to change when I was asking for her, I left because I don’t have time to do business with people who have attitude regarding situations that I was not made aware of. Kim went above and beyond and that’s the type of service I was expecting my second round so since I did not get I left!”
“My tow truck driver Riley was amazing. Very helpful. USAA had instructed me to leave the car there. I was out in the middle of nowhere in Valleyview, Texas! Let me say USAA has always been reliable, which is why I have stayed with them for 16 years. Because times like these they always come through and they always have amazing vendors much like Riley with Adams automotive and towing. Anyway, once he got to my apartment complex, he loaded my car in the area that I wanted, he was very friendly and nice. When it’s time to get my car towed to the shop I definitely want him to do it so I’m gonna request him. Hopefully, I can get him.”

“Keith has been taking care of my daughter’s Toyota RAV4 for almost 110,000 miles, and he has always done a great job. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but we have never had any concerns with Keith’s work. He recently did quite a bit of work on the RAV4, including replacing the front lower control arms and ball joints, servicing the front and rear brakes, replacing the rotors and pads, and flushing the brake fluid. Everything was done properly, and he always takes the time to make sure the job is done right. The RAV4 now has over 189,000 miles, and Keith has been taking care of it for a large part of those miles. I highly recommend Keith and Crossroads Service Center. If you are looking for a good, dependable mechanic who does quality work, give him a try.”
