This is by far the worst service ever. There's at least 7 people working behind the counter and Noone attending the register at the pharmacy desk.

CVS ordered wrong medication, lost approval letter from insurance, and was clueless to a particular drug in stock, then ordered it weeks later. No one knew what was going on, took them 3 weeks to get it straight, and the only reason it was finally fixed was my Dr’s office called from Waco,

My insurance only covers Paxlovid once a year. That's inconvenient because I got it 6 months after my first illness. I was trying to figure out how to pay out of pocket when Demetria, a pharmacy tech, told me she found a coupon for me. My copay was nothing. She did not have to do that for me, but how nice. 5 stars, Demetria!
