“My vehicle has been leaking water and no one could tell me why. Last place I took it to they said it was my water pump so had it replaced. Water was still leaking. Took it to M&M and they hooked it up to a machine it held pressure so that was a good thing. Mikie looked at it and said I need to replace the cap to resivor. They had one brought over and Justin showed me how mine was worn compared to the new one. Being a woman you can get taken advantage of but not with M&M. I live in Rosenberg and having a auto mechanic I can trust is well worth the drive. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have my business for life! Thank you for the great customer service!!”

“I have come here for years now, before, in the beginning, I was not so fond of the place.... but in the last 2 years they have really turned around.. They are fast (oil change- 10 minutes) (Oil change and Inspection- 20minutes), efficient (never had any issues with my car after being serviced) and the best part they explain and show you hands on why something needs to be replaced.. Of course they try to sell you products that's how you make money BUT they are not forced on you like before in the beginning, a few years back..Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“Coming through town & my “transmission hot idle engine” light came one. I drive a Chevy so the dealership in town was the logical choice, but they had sent mechanics home at 5pm then told me they didn’t have any recommendations of someone to help me aside from going back to Richmond/Rosenberg. A few blocks on my way back that direction I saw Precision Auto who kindly helped me out 10 minutes before closing! Beyond thankful for kind people to help someone driving solo back home over 2hrs through small towns. Albert is my new go to person for his honesty & assistance.”

“If you ever need any work done to your vehicle. Go to Walmart and ask for Steven in the automotive department. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty. Walmart as bad as they have gotten as far as taking care of customers. They are extremely lucky to have Steven working for them. I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and purchased the roadside hazard with the tires. My luck would have it, I hit something going down the road and damaged my tire. I took my vehicle to Walmart to have the tire repaired. I have all terrain mud grip tires. After they were finished installing my new tire I walked outside to leave. Much to my surprise I couldn't believe it. They put a regular everyday tire as the repaired tire. My truck was literally setting leaning to one side. I was like are you freaking kidding me. I went back in the store and thank God I was lucky enough to have Steven help me. Not only did he fix the mistake at no cost. He ordered the right tire from another store. He worked on getting the proper tire for over an hour because I purchased the original tires from Walmart.com. Apparently Walmart and walmart.com are two separate companies. He had to walk across a desert, fly halfway around the world, and kill 16 people to get this tire ordered. But he got it done. I have seen so many times where the employee just simple says "sorry I can't help you": If walmart was smart they would make Steven a district manager over several stores. They won't ever find a harder worker and an employee that cares about the customer. I have my own little construction company and I wish I had guys that would work half as hard as Steven. The guy really impressed me as you can see. Walmart should definitely move this employee where he can benefit them even further. Thank you Steven for a job done above and beyond the call of duty. Your were greatly appreciated.”
