Helping my friend in an emergency rental situation and was lectured about trying to do a same day rental, there was a car available and everything. Hayden was very unprofessional and my friend was in tears. We decided to choose another rental company who understands that emergencies aren’t planned.

The agent James Murray was incredibly rude and refused to honor their own policy listed on their own website and decide to make their own rules however they seem fit. I have never had issues in the 100+ times I've rented from a budget rental before this person and have filed a formal complaint with corporate.
