“This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.”

“This particular dealer saved me a lot of money on a truck rental. Corporate U-Haul had changed my reservation and was deceptive. They "added additional miles" to make up for the fact that I had to drive an extra 50 miles because of the location changes. It turns out that they were going to make ME pay for those miles. Really trashy in my opinion.Long story short, this particular dealer helped me discover this issue and made adjustments to save me over $100 for the day. They knew the ins and outs of how U-Haul deals with these things, and they knew that I was being taken advantage of in this instance. Big thank you!”

“Rented a pickup truck. The only problem I had was the U-Haul app wouldn't work. No big deal. The guy that helped me was extremely nice. Pick up time was about 20 min and drop off was me handing over the keys. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the service but with the amount U-Haul charges per mile. Almost $1/mile and those miles add up quick. Only reason I won't be using U-Haul again.”

“I returned a one bedroom van that I rented in Santa Barbara, CA to this dealership and the experience was absolutely delightful and much better than with the dealership where I rented it. The lady I talked to over the phone and met was extremely helpful, polite and treated me in such a way that whenever I need another U-Haul I will go back to this dealership in American Fork at 67 W Main Street without hesitation. Konrad- I think you must have had a similar experience as you did when you were that City Manager in Cedar Hills. I don't know how people rated you but I assume it was from one end of the spectrum to the other just like here.”

We had a reservation, so not sure if other reviews didn't, but seems like with anything you have to reserve on app anywhere you rent. Google needs to move location point to correct location.
