“I had a damaged phone and Mason suggested the phone doctor in Heber to get the phone prepared to download to my new phone. I met Anden at the ATT store to make the transfer and he was very knowledgeable and patient with the whole process. He knew more than the ATT phone rep and solved the transfer problem and also explained the new charging cords. If you stop in to the Heber AT&T store ask for Anden and you will get great service. Thanks again for solving my phone issues.”

“I’ve had a lot of problems with this T- mobile in the past to the point where I don’t even know why I signed up for T-Mobile. I went in today looking to get a new phone screen, previously going in they told me I could come in every single day and get a new phone screen, unfortunately something happened in the system and either I misunderstood or something happened with the previous Manager. I was a little bit frustrated, frustrated and expressed to the new manager that every time I come in it feels like there’s a new problem with T-Mobile. The manager was amazing. Got the screen figured out. This is the first time I’ve walked into this store and walked out filling positive about T-Mobile. This is the kind of service we want.”
