Randy checked out the engine to diagnose the problem, then repaired it quickly.One thing I look for in an auto shop is a clean, well-organized shop, as an indication of a mechanic who is organized and proud of his work. This was one of the cleanest auto shops I have seen.Look for Small Town Auto Sales, as Small Town Auto Repair does not have its own sign. Even though this is the service department for the Auto Sales, Randy has the time and knowledge to handle his own customers as well.”

“On vacation from CA and my alternator on my 2008 FJ Cruiser went out at the dunes at Sand Hollow. Just made it to pavement as it totally went dead. I was pointed over to Hurricane Auto Repair by another shop who was too busy to look at my truck.Honestly, i was really apprehensive about getting a decent repair done in a small town and not getting robbed. I was pretty certain that is what would happen. Towing to a major city like Las Vegas would have just broke the bank.I ended up meeting up with Mark first thing in the morning and had my truck towed to the shop. Mark and crew knocked out my truck in a few hours with a working rebuilt alternator. Only replaced what was actually needed. Charged what I felt was a fair price considering we really could have been charged without mercy. Mark was a genuine life saver! Got us back on the road, home safely, and still in good working order. I am happy to say I have a trustworthy shop to go to when I am playing in Utah back country. Would definitely recommend this shop. Wishing Mark and Hurricane Auto Repair was my regular local neighborhood shop.”

“Had drove my daily jeep out 6 hours from home to wheel around BLM and Sand Hollow for a week with a hike through the Zion Narrows in the middle. Couple days in bent my drag link pretty badly, called around and found these guys who were very kind and said bring it right in. Steve had me in and out in an afternoon and I hardly missed out on any fun and made it in time to stage for my hike. They were careful to ensure my alignment was good before I left. They also charged me less than they could have which was super kind. Hit Trail Hero, drove 6 hours home and it was still driving better than before I busted it! Super grateful for these guys and highly recommend them! I peeked at their custom builds while I was there and they're the real deal, super impressed. Thanks guys!!”

“We had spent the Thanksgiving holiday in southern Utah, and while driving through a particular subdivision under construction…we picked up a nail in one of our tires.We were scheduled to drive back home the following morning, and came outside to find a flat tire.The place we were staying, had a small compressor, and filled up the tire enough for us to get to the local tire shop, which just so happened to be big O.It was 8 AM on a Saturday, we were told it would be about a half hour before they could get to it dot and not too long after that before it would be done.We waited no more than 25 minutes, and then we’re called to the front desk to let us know the tire was fixed and there would be no charge.We were taking aback by this slightly… Was it because it was the Thanksgiving weekend? Was it because they knew we were from out of town? Was it because I had previously purchased tires from O closer to home?Either way… We are very grateful for their service and graciousness. I highly recommend this big O tires to both locals and travelers alike.”

“On a family road trip, we lost a bolt on our rear passenger rotor. The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable. He wasable to fit us in and fixed the issue in under an hour and only charged us $38. I joked with him that he should at least try to upsell us on some tires and he said “We don’t do that here.” He knew I was kidding but wanted to be absolutely clear that his shop operates with integrity. Love that!!! Amazing service! Amazing staff! Wonderful experience! Car runs great! Highly recommend!!!”
