The ATM is always either broken or out of money. If you go through the drive through, you’ll wait at least 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge you. Save yourself some time and drive to the next closest location.I love Zions, just not this location…..

Literally, I was the only person in the bank ( front line ). I arrived at 10:02 am , I waited for almost 15 min to be attended. There were 5 employees counting the GM and all were in the computer or phone. The customer service is horrible they seem to not care about the customers.

Applied for a personal credit card in the branch, branch manager did not file over my paperwork, went in two weeks later and asked another personal banker to file it over, was told it would be done. Called again and paperwork has still not been sent over. Been over 3 weeks since first applying, and still nothing.
