I have to agree with the other reviews. This bank has been terrible.Update:It's been six years so I decided I should update the review to 3 stars. We don't bank with Key anymore, but I do know they are still on business.

Under staffed, drive thru time non existing, cause they never come to check if anyone is there. No tellers, wait time 20 to 40 minutes. Convincing corporate to change banks if possible.

Everyone is so friendly, they work so hard to help everyone as fast as they can while not making you feel rushed. Clint especially has been so helpful with applying for a loan and he makes sure to say hi everytime I come in. Fantastic customer service!!!
