“First off let me say i have been with Cargo link for over 10 years and for most part have been happy , that is until my last shipment which was off loaded in Long Beach Sept 1st it is now Sept 25th and the shipment is not here in SLC (1 state away) and I cant get any solid dates or info to go on. I am seasonal so my sales window is small and i have people and customers to answer to as well . Update: The Owner (Scott contacted me to explain the unusual set of events that had occurred and assured me it wouldn't happen again .”

“My delivery was exceptional! I knew a couple days before when to expect my delivery. I received a call 30 min. before so I knew to plan for them. The 2 crew members were so nice and took our fridge to the basement which was not an easy task. They removed the box and hauled it away. They were so careful with the fridge making sure they didn’t bump or scratch it. They happily put it exactly where I needed it. I knew it wasn’t an easy delivery and they were so happy to accommodate.”

“I am actually NOT a customer here. USPS is partnered (maybe that's the wrong term) with Delta because they move a lot of our mail for us. So I have no clue how your "cargo" is shipped or what it looks like on the plane. All I know is that it goes on, flies to its new destination, and lands. Personally speaking, I would never ship any animal via cargo. Ever.”

“MEI helped first remove a tank and then install our much bigger new tank for storing our product back in a really hard to reach corner of our shop over the top of 2 other tanks. It was extremely tight and they pulled it off amazingly. We bid it out to others (IRH) and IRH first said they could do it then when it was time to install IRH backed out of doing it because of the complexity. MEI stepped in and saved the project for us! I highly recommend MEI and their team. They did a great job and were competitive on the price as well.”

“I had a very large, 1 inch thick music book that wouldn't last flat on my piano. I found out FedEx spiral binds books, so I had them do it. They did an excellent job, and quickly. After we dropped it off we went to Winco. While we were there FedEx called and said it was done. So, we were able to pick it up before going home. I'm very happy with their quality of work and customer service.”

“Love this post office and I have a PO box here. There is never anyone else in line and the PO boxes look like they are from the 1920s with the fancy engravings and hand-painted numbers. This post office is a little further away from me that the one in Riverton but I can get there faster because there is never traffic and very few traffic lights.”

“I picked up my Ikea order here. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews on this place come from (for Ikea orders). I just showed up on my scheduled day, followed the massive white "Ikea pickup" signs, walked in the front door to talk to the staff, and received my order through the side garage door. The warehouse worker even helped me load it. Took like 10 minutes max most of which was loading the boxes into my truck.”

“Pretty Decent company to do business with I was hesitant at first due to the negative reviews I have read I never had to deal with their help line or customer support either but IKEA in Draper uses them to ship items out and I ordered a decent size order from IKEA ( 8 items total ) got a phone call the day prior before my delivery day for a time slot between 12-4 IKEA had it set for Sunday and honestly I wasn’t expecting to get it Sunday but to my Surprise it showed up on time they got to my home at 12:30 everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged the delivery men also decently friendly overall I’m impressed not sure if I just got lucky or not or maybe things are getting fixed within T Force.”
