Asyah made sure I was taken care of right away and kept everything moving smoothly, even though the store was busy. Natalie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly, which I really appreciated. Sanne had a great attitude the entire time and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.
You can tell they work really well as a team—they were organized, quick, and genuinely cared about helping customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore, and it definitely stood out.

I'd recommend everyone go to this location, but I feel like I'd be giving away a well-kept secret as this facility is located off the beaten path. I usually mail my items and visit the local park afterwards for a nice, crisp Saturday morning activity.”

The pilot for the flight was on the tarmac with us as well. Her shared with the passengers in flight the details of the "special cargo" & they all applauded. This was great that he shared this experience with us as well.Thank you for being so fantastic with everything.”
“The parking here is wonderful! The graveyard shift was so kind as I showed up very early to ship my babies blankets.They offered something warm to drink and sat and talked with me about bees and honey.I take back all the mean things I said about ya.I still like UPS better though. Sorry.”

“When i read those reviews i said oh please one of the worse but luckily for me i had an appointment at 8 am got there at 6:30 am staff was very kind and helpful, the supervisor got there before 7 am than the supervisor give me a dock at 7:05 and 8:38 i had my BOL in hand, clean delivery, for me great place to deliver all the staff was respectful.”
“I know this place well, and after reading the reviews it appears the unsatisfactory remarks for delivery and so forth are in relation to XPO the final mile or LTL company, this is GXO and they have a specific client Xfinity/Comcast and only deliver to the clients business partners. If you ignore all the remarks in relation to XPO you'll see that the staffing and employees are very nice and do whatever they can to deliver excellent service.”
“I don’t understand how anyone can conduct business here when you can barely see because of the sunlight, beaming through those windows! I pretty much had my eyes closed the entire time just because I couldn’t see from the sunlight! You guys gotta get some shades in there because that tint is not working for you guys very well! And somehow you guys still have an employee ( Asian, and or Polynesian with glasses) who greets you with a smile is very polite and very engaging! If I was him, I’d complain about those windows one because it’s hot in there and two customers can’t see because of the sunlight from either side of the building since the windows are east and west.”

“Ikea actually messed up my first order. Placed a second order for the same item to pick up at TForce. They sent a text confirming pick up, I went during business hours, they brought the bookshelf over on a forklift, and I drove away with my item after the second try and it took like, 2 minutes. TForce got the job done.”
