Being from Denver and having purchased a vehicle in another state before (that was a terrible experience) I was cautious but willing to try again. So glad I did as they were awesome to work with. Friendly and patient as we had some hoops to jump through as this was a purchase for my work. They had a customer come to purchase it in person but they told them they couldn't sell to them because they were in conversation with me about it even though I hadn't made a commitment to buying it yet. This was right at the beginning of our inquiry even. Only regret is that they aren't in Denver!”

“My husband and I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk from Carl six months ago. We were given a two week warranty if anything happened with the car they would take care of it. They definitely honored that. About two weeks after buying the vehicle from them we had something in the engine overheat and blew up. We had fluid and steam coming out of the engine. We were so worried.. My husband pulled over and called Carl right away. Carl came out himself with one other person to South Jordan area to figure out what was wring with the car. He then had it towed back to their dealership and they fixed it for us and called us back the next day to come pick it up. They are definitely a very trustworthy business. Right from the beginning we spoke with Carl about wanting to trade in our 2007 Tacoma Truck for a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. Carl came and towed our truck from our home. We were treated just like we were family the entire time and made us feel so comfortable. They cared very much about wanting to make sure we were happy with our trade in and the price paid for our new vehicle. We also had an on going issue with our battery and Carl had us again bring it back to the shop and he made it right putting a better battery in our car. As it still showed to be an ongoing issue on our FIXD car app after checking for issues we were told that it should go away in time on our app and if we ever have a problem still later on to let him know. We feel we were well taken care from start to finish and love our new vehicle. We are very happy with the service and will be back to do future business when were are ready to purchase our next car. We now tell our friends and family to go to Carl’s business if they are needing to trade in a vehicle or looking to buy one. Highly recommended!!”
