“First off let me say i have been with Cargo link for over 10 years and for most part have been happy , that is until my last shipment which was off loaded in Long Beach Sept 1st it is now Sept 25th and the shipment is not here in SLC (1 state away) and I cant get any solid dates or info to go on. I am seasonal so my sales window is small and i have people and customers to answer to as well . Update: The Owner (Scott contacted me to explain the unusual set of events that had occurred and assured me it wouldn't happen again .”

“My delivery was exceptional! I knew a couple days before when to expect my delivery. I received a call 30 min. before so I knew to plan for them. The 2 crew members were so nice and took our fridge to the basement which was not an easy task. They removed the box and hauled it away. They were so careful with the fridge making sure they didn’t bump or scratch it. They happily put it exactly where I needed it. I knew it wasn’t an easy delivery and they were so happy to accommodate.”

I received a call from the delivery driver letting me know he had a hard time finding it. He was happy to look for and deliver to the right address, even in the freezing cold snow storm. “WONDERFUL service! We had to change 300 funeral programs at the very last minute - and on New Year's Eve, no less. I was helped with computer file changes, and they started reprinting the corrected programs immediately, but wouldn't be able to finish until Jan 2 because of the holiday on New Years' Day. The manager got there early to get them finished in time for the funeral service on Jan 2. In my book, it was incredible service if not a miracle it all got done in time - and on such a stressful occasion, too. So much thanks to the great work and customer service from the team at the 3300 S. 700 E. location!”

“I am actually NOT a customer here. USPS is partnered (maybe that's the wrong term) with Delta because they move a lot of our mail for us. So I have no clue how your "cargo" is shipped or what it looks like on the plane. All I know is that it goes on, flies to its new destination, and lands. Personally speaking, I would never ship any animal via cargo. Ever.”

He was super friendly as soon as I walked in and so helpful even while juggling multiple customers at once. “Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!”

“Frank is absolutely the best professional I did business with hands down.I had an issue that an AliExpress seller sent me the wrong item. I shipped it back, the screen was damaged during shipping. But the seller made the first mistake otherwise I wouldn't have had to ship it back to China! for $150+!!! and the screen was $312.Now, there was a lengthy dispute I don't want to mention here... Frank advised me to buy the insurance when I shipped to China. I am glad I listened to him! usually I don't buy insurance. When I contacted him about the issue, he asked me for the order details on aliexpress to make sure of the item and its price. He compensated me for it and the shipping!I will definitely ship again with this location, and stick with it. Really satisfied about my experience. Kudos Frank!”

“Open lobby with huge windows for natural light, helpful employees, and quick service. This FedEx was clean and well maintained. Shipping was easier and faster than I anticipated with Pact eco friendlier happy returns process that uses less packing material. Glad this FedEx participates in the program. She was efficient, quick, and still gave friendly service. She helped get the perfect sized boxes for us. I wish I would have caught her name, but thank you!
