“I was passing through Ogden while towing a very heavy trailer. I lost a couple of nuts on my leaf spring u-bolts (my own fault, but that’s another story) and while towing said trailer, I made U turn and tweaked my back axel something awful. I tried to go to Les Schwab, and they wouldn’t even let me explain my situation because I didn’t have an appointment (the person at the counter literally talked over me to ask if I had an appointment).I went next door to Jacks and the mechanic, Sean if I’m not mistaken, was so so kind! He explained what I had done, got my truck right on the rack, fixed it and did an alignment to boot (which I paid for, but he treated me and the truck like his own). The gentleman at the counter was very kind and when I blamed the issue on myself, he didn’t make me feel like I made a mistake simply because I’m female (like I’ve experience in the past) but instead like I made a mistake because mistakes happen and it okay. He even said that we’ve all made mistakes working on our vehicles. They had my truck fixed, test driven, and back on the road in about 2 hours total. The price was so very fair. Overall, I’m quite glad I found Jack’s and I highly recommend this shop. If I ever randomly have trouble with my truck in Ogden again, I will be back in a heartbeat.”
