Fastenal’s truck threw a huge rock in my windshield and caused a huge crack. $500 deductible. I called them and a snooty condescending woman told me that they would not do anything about it. I have photos of their truck that caused the damage. Worst customer service ever. Unbelievable!

Wow, just wow! I went in with a sundry of different bolts, nuts, screws, and washers I needed to match. I was helped immediately and they had EVERY one of them. Not just good enough, but exact matches. Verrrrrry cool. ? One stop...done.
