Pulled my trailer 40 minutes to rent a piece of equipment that the guy Chris said he would hold for me, got there and they had rented it out when I got there. Don’t trust holds, wasted my fuel and time.

On November 30th around 1-2 in the afternoon a male employee was so kind, helpful, and full of information answering all of our questions about getting and installing a new toilet. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves recognition.
