“Our battery died. After we got a jump we took it in to Big O to get a new battery. Cal tested the battery and told us it was a really good battery and he’d love to sell us a new one but we really didn’t need it and it was likely that a light was left on. The honesty from a car place was refreshing and I appreciate his honesty and that he stepped away to let me and my husband discuss if we still wanted a new battery or not. He was super kind and quick too. Thanks, Cal!!”
“When a shop says they can squeeze you in.... that's literally what this shop will do.Because they are of a tiny, tiny lot.
But somehow he was able to fit me in his schedule in my twenty four foot class C RV.
I NEEDED MY TAILPIPE, WE REWELD IT ON. I believe the frosty haired guy name was Russ.? Anyhow, they did me a great job.
