“Problem was fixed but never got to know what the labor cost was going to be until they were done with my vehicle. I never signed saying I didn't want an estimate and on the day I scheduled the repair I wasn't told what the base hourly rate for labor was in the shop. They seem to do great work though so four out of five. Would still recommend them.”

“Took my vehicle here Friday morning, after calling Jim, he said he could get me in Wednesday but I let him know I was just passing through and he said he could squeeze me in. I had a Transmission cooling line leak I was told in Las Vegas, and would cost me $658 to fix it. I took it to Jim and he found it to be that the previous mechanic that replaced my radiator had put in O Rings that were to small he fixed it in about 2 hours and only charged me $100. Best Mechanic around if I lived near by I would always take my vehicles here.”

“Today could have been a nightmare. Stuck between Marysvale and Circleville, from out of town, in the literal middle of nowhere and the alternator goes out on my truck. It was a holiday and I was certain I would have to incur a massive expense, if any auto shops were open and could fix it. Thanks to JRS Auto Repair and America Towing Service I was back on the road in under an hour at half the cost I would have likely incurred elsewhere with none of the headache! I cannot thank them enough and can only hope that this review helps their businesses in some small way because they were amazing. Highly recommend!”

“I have always had a good experience with Big O and have run Big O tires for years. The biggest issue I see with this Big O is the wait time and the lack of communication. The last time I visited they had my vehicle for 6 hours. Apparently there was an issue but they didn’t tell me what it was until they were done. After the long wait I realized on the way home that there was an issue with the vehicle. Had to drive the 30 minutes back the next day to have it checked out. This was not the first time I had a long wait for regular maintenance. They could also communicate prices for services. They are a great bunch of guys but the communication and speed of service is wanting.”

“I bought gas and saw they had a service garage. My check engine light had been on for a day or so. I asked if they could check the error code. Within 5 minutes a technician came out, plugged his diagnostic tool in and told me the error code. He said my car is drive-able with that code. No charge!”
