I had a great working relationship with Tyson Kay that I would continue to recommend. Tyson is very helpful and proactive.
However, I had a horrible experience with Buckner Company as part of a workers comp policy (different department). We canceled the workers comp policy 1 month in (with 11 months out of 12 left) due to questionable business practices from the insurer, always asking for more money even if payroll audit came in lower than what we submitted for the quote. After 3 months of back and forth and poor customer service, a Buckner Company customer agent promised a prorated refund in writing. They refused to abide by their promise; I will never get a workers comp policy from them again. Beware”
