They help with Emails and phone only and once I picked up my design it was almost perfect. The colors are spot on, villa dealt with Lisa most of the time and she is great. I would recommend dealing with Lisa but I’m sure the whole crew and lupe are awesome. I don’t leave reviews to often but I’ll take the time for these guys.”

“Ordered two posters online by uploading files from Canva. Picked up the completed order a couple of hours later, ahead of promised pick up time. Employees were courteous and helpful on phone and in person. Very smooth process & I’ll come back—thank you! If you need a passport photo they handle it quickly and the lighting is better than at Walgreens. They took two pics and let me choose the better. Super smooth process only took about 3-5 minutes and I was out the door.”

“I had a complicated order, that an agent fixed. Kudos! But that being said, by default, on a 12" W x 18" H sign, the 2 holes (top and bottom, centered) should be a multiple of 1" apart, to fit normal sign posts. My sign was drilled with holes 15 3/4" apart, so I needed to drill a new hole in the post to make it work.”
