“took my car in after I had messed up the passenger side on a chunk of cement. Initially I was happy with the speed of the repair, and assumed everything was in order. When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it.Joe Davis reached out to me after I wrote the original review and offered to check out why I had the wind problem. I took the car back in and they did find that the trim on the door wasn't as tight as it should be. I still need to ask about the window issue, but they do seem to be willing to work with me to make things right, so I would recommend them in the future.”
