We had a great experience purchasing from western living. Our sales rep was helpful, but not pushy and the delivery drivers were super polite and very careful carrying the furniture into our home.

Good selections , customer service nice , but they changed payment options to a separate company. I was given phone to make payments but I actually live about 2 blocks away from store and now I'm calling states away for paying my acct.

Highly recommended. The selection here is remarkable. It's really easy to find what you need and the values are excellent. Service is top notch as well. I was really impressed.
